The Palette Café
Located in the beautiful Torggler Fine Arts Center atrium, The Palette Café is our newest addition to retail dining options on campus. Whether starting your morning with our quiche of the day; with fresh fruit; by choosing from our delicious brunch selections; or from a variety of specialty salads, tasty sandwiches, boards, and platters, such as a charcuterie board with assorted meats, cheeses, and dried fruit with mustard and crackers, we hope that our unique menu will surely please your palate.
The Palette Café also features a variety of sides, snacks and beverages, such as espressos, specialty coffees and hot chocolates, hot tea, iced tea, canned sodas and water, bottled frappuccinos, double shots, and naked smoothies for your enjoyment.
In a hurry? We have convenient carryouts to make it easy for you to grab something quickly, on the go.
Have time for a longer stay? Dine-in seating is available with fabulous views beneath the gorgeous domes of the Torggler.
