Qualtrics: Form and Survey Tool
Qualtrics introduces faculty, students and staff to a complete and comprehensive form and survey design solution. Qualtrics is available in your web browser or via app for Apple or Android devices.
Logging into Qualtrics via web browser
All Christopher Newport faculty, staff, and current students have access to Qualtrics.
- Log into myLinks on the myCNU landing page
- In the Faculty and Staff Resources section, click on the link named Qualtrics
- You'll then be redirected to the Qualtrics login screen
- Click the option for My organization's single sign-on (SSO)
Qualtrics Support
If you need help, follow these steps:
- Log in in to Qualtrics following the steps above
- Click Help (the question mark in a circle) in the upper-right corner
- Click Contact Support at the bottom of the pop-up window
- Click Christopher Newport University
- Select the type of support request and follow the prompts.
- You will then be offered the currently available support options (Chat, Email, Phone and Community).
