- Sidewalk installation, repair and maintenance
- Snow and ice removal from sidewalks, roads and parking lots
- Emergency response to flooding, tornadoes hurricanes
- Purchase, placement and maintenance of campus litter containers, cigarette urns, outdoor furnishings and bicycle racks
