We offer a wide range of services for students, faculty and staff, including recommendations for computer purchases; support for enterprise applications; or assisting with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices or other related technologies.
Our ITS Campus Knowledge Base is the repository of IT Services documentation designed to help you look up the answer to a wide variety of questions about the technology services available on campus.
University departments are required to contact Information Technology Services (ITS) and complete a questionnaire prior to soliciting acquisition or development of technology solutions. Faculty/staff desktop computers, associated computer peripherals, and software purchases for individual use, which do not connect to or impact the University’s enterprise, systems, or data may fall outside of the process. For specific questions about whether or not a project/idea should go through the Tech Vetting process, simply submit a ticket to the ITS PMO group at pmo@cnu.edu using the information at the bottom of the form.
Technology Procurement
Review the standard offerings document and select the items you wish to have quoted. Submit a help desk ticket noting those items.
Upon submitting your help desk ticket, someone from PMO will review your request and reach out if there are additional questions and provide the requested quote.
If your technology request is not currently listed in the standard offerings document, you will need to submit a Computer Exemption Request form.
