BUSN 302 - Business Law for Musicians
The objective of this course is to introduce musicians to legal issues common to the industry. Through a combination of cases, examination of industry documents and hypothetical problems, students will learn about intellectual property law, particularly copyright, employment law, contract law, agency law, licensing and cyberlaw as it relates to the music industry.
