The Office of the Provost provides primary support to the colleges and academic departments for the development and management of their budgets. The forms and links below are offered as resources to those individuals designated to oversee their departmental budgets.

Reimbursement of Professional Membership Fees
Individual professional membership is reimbursable from state funds only if:
- It is part of a conference and result in a reduction of the registration fee to offset the cost of the membership;
- It is open to the department and/or college;
- It supports your administrative function or role, e.g. American Conference of Academic Deans.
The college deans have final approval for reimbursement of individual professional memberships.
