Our Mission
The Center for Honor Enrichment and Community Standards at Christopher Newport University challenges students to enhance decision-making skills, to be independent learners and to take responsibility for their actions, both in and out of the classroom. We develop a community of honor by providing opportunities for education, outreach and leadership to the campus community.
The Honor Code
On my honor, I will maintain the highest standards of honesty, integrity and personal responsibility. This means I will not lie, cheat or steal, and as a member of this academic community, I am committed to creating an environment of respect and mutual trust.
