It’s easy to stay active with programs and facilities to match every fitness level. With modern fitness equipment in the Trieshmann Health and Fitness Pavilion, it’s a great place to work out!
Group Fitness offers a great opportunity to engage in Cardio, Strength, Mind/Body, Cycling, and other types of fitness classes. Have fun exercising with other students, faculty, and staff. Everyone is welcome regardless of your skill level. Group exercise classes are FREE, but registration through IMLeagues is required.
Or, if you’re just not sure how to use the equipment, ask Team Fitness! We are here to help you figure out what to do, what machines do what and other basic questions. We wear the black polo shirt (or black pullover). You’ll find us either at the Welcome Desk or wandering around in the Trieshmann Health and Fitness Pavilion.
