Group Exercises
The Captains Passport allows students and staff to participate in the group fitness classes and they can purchase their captain's passport at the Fitness Pavilion Welcome desk located inside the Freeman Center.
Students and staff have to sign-up and pay for the Captains Passport before they can register for group fitness classes online.

Themed sessions like Glow in the Dark dancing, Girl Icons, and Just Dance Hits. Imagine breaking a sweat while dancing to your favorite tunes in a glow-in-the-dark setting or channeling your inner diva with hits from legendary female artists. This is not just a workout; it's a weekly dance party where fitness meets fun, and everyone is welcome!
Relax your body and mind after a busy day with a slow-paced, meditative yin yoga practice. In the yin style, yoga poses are held for 3-7 minutes to allow ample time for your muscles to soften, relax, and deepen into each stretch. Yin yoga offers benefits for both mind and body; your instructor will guide you through breathwork and meditation exercises to accompany the physical poses. Various modifications are available for all skill levels, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Mats, blocks, and straps are available to borrow; however, you are welcome to bring your own.

This 45 minute Cycle class is designed for all fitness levels. The Coach by Color training system delivers real-time, color-coded intensity feedback to the rider on their bike’s customized console. The cycling class involves various drills, including hill-climbing, sprints, and races that offer an exhilarating 45-minute cardiovascular workout.
Through the utilization of interval-style training, you will experience a quick HIIT of cardio exercises for all levels of fitness, along with brief strength segments targeting upper, lower, and core muscles.
This lunch hour class is a strength training class that will challenge all of the major muscle groups. Pumped up utilizes a barbell, step, plates, and dumbbells to strengthen and tone the entire body. High repetition and high energy makes Pump up both an effective and enjoyable class.
Open to all fitness levels, Cycle for 30 minutes with diverse cycling drills, from intense hill-climbing to heart-pounding sprints and competitive races. Then move into 30 minutes of strength training to work your lower body, upper body, and core.
Night Cycle is a 50 minute Cycle class designed for those who love heart-pumping music and want a Cycling challenge. Explore different terrains on the bike involving high intensity and longer duration drills. Wear white and see yourself glow underneath the neon lights.
