Classes

All fitness classes are free.

Register Through IMLeagues using your login, click Group Exercise Tab then to the class schedule and select the class you are registered for, complete the class registration and your ready to go. To cancel a class go to IMLeagues, login, find the class you signed up for and cancel the class registration. Class reservations are available 1 week prior to the class start time.

Class Descriptions

Start off your day with an energizing, motivating yoga practice. All levels welcome.

High-intensity workout using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and other equipment for all fitness levels. Get your heart rate up with exercises focused on various aspects of athletics such as power, balance and agility. Bring a towel or mat if you’d like, and be ready to sweat your way into a good mood.

A fun and exciting cycle group exercise class great for all fitness levels! Features cardio and strength training through high-intensity intervals and resistance-building rides with fun, motivational music! Bring a water bottle and be prepared to sweat! (Note: Class is limited to 10.)

A high-intensity cardio focused spin class that incorporates muscle-building strength training set to your favorite music. Bring your water and a towel and prepare to sweat!

A lower-body toning workout with various resistance equipment (hand weights, barbells/body bars, resistance bands and stability balls), followed by core work and a relaxing stretch.

A strength and cardio workout that creatively uses equipment and bodyweight exercises for a fun full-body burn. Followed by a relaxing stretch.

Explore different fitness classes each week as Instructors showcase their classes, sometimes with different themes and/or twists on their typical class format. Kick off your weekend with fitness!

A full body workout using light weight training with high reps and bodyweight movements to build strength and muscular endurance.

Start the morning off right with a gentle stretch. This class will incorporate slow moving and static stretches that will enhance your flexibly and loosen your muscles for everyday movements. Whether you are an avid stretcher or cannot touch your toes, this class can be catered to your needs!

A combination of Pilates, barre, and ballet-inspired movements for an upbeat and energetic full-body workout.

Relax your body and mind after a busy week. Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga in which postures are held for longer periods of time (1–5 minutes). Yin yoga can help you develop flexibility by letting you relax into a pose, soften your muscles and move deeper into each posture. It’s also beneficial for the mind. During the practice, you will be guided through breathing exercises and meditation that will help you calm your mind and focus on the present moment. All fitness levels welcome.

A mind/body practice focusing on breath, intention and poses. Flow from one yoga pose to the other for an energizing yet relaxing practice. Novice and experienced yogis welcome. Note: Bring your own mat (mats are not provided).

A guided deep relaxation practice (also known as yogic sleep) while resting comfortably on the mat that will reduce stress and clear the mind.
