Group Exercises

The Captains Passport allows students and staff to participate in the group fitness classes and they can purchase their captain's passport at the Fitness Pavilion Welcome desk located inside the Freeman Center.

Students and staff have to sign-up and pay for the Captains Passport before they can register for group fitness classes online.

Class Descriptions

Want to get stronger, feel more confident in the gym, and work out with friends? Lift Basics is a fun, beginner-friendly group class that teaches you how to safely and effectively use weights, no experience needed. Come learn the fundamentals, crush your fitness goals, and leave each session feeling stronger and more empowered!

Unwind with a calming, slow-paced yin yoga practice. Poses are held for 3-7 minutes to help your body relax and release tension. Guided breathwork and meditation enhance both mind and body. Perfect for all levels, with props available or bring your own.

Get moving, get stronger, and see results while doing it! This bootcamp-style fitness class brings the energy with dynamic workouts that build strength, boost endurance, and keep you progressing. All levels welcome, just show up, push your limits, and let the results speak for themselves!

Energize your body and build balance, strength, and flexibility through a dynamic flow of poses. Class begins and ends with breathwork and meditation to connect mind, body, and breath. All levels welcome. Mats available or bring your own.

Come ride to themed playlists that'll make you want to dance, sweat, and thrive. Whether you're new to the bike or a spin regular, you'll leave class feeling stronger, more energized, and totally unstoppable. Let's ride it out together!
