Fitness classes start Monday, February 1.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), "group exercise offers a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you choose to work out on your own" (Dolan, S., 2012).

All classes are held in the Trieshmann Health and Fitness Pavilion, multipurpose rooms (MPR) #1 and #2, or virtually.

Yin yoga can help you develop flexibility by letting you relax into a pose, soften your muscles, and move deeper into each posture. It’s also beneficial for the mind! During the practice, you will be guided through breathing exercises and meditation that will help you calm your mind and focus on the present moment. All fitness levels welcome!
