Mailroom
Stop by the Student Mailroom and complete a key replacement form.
There is a mail box key replacement fee, which is deducted from your housing deposit. Visit my.cnu.edu/housing/resources and open the "General Information and Forms" section for damage and optional fee information. These files are available to the CNU community only. To access them you must be logged in to your CNU email.
Using your CNU email, email the Student Mailroom with your friend’s first and last name and the words, “I give __________ permission to pick up my package.”
Our operating hours are weekdays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., during the academic year as well as during the summer, excluding holidays.
The Student Mailroom will hold packages for up to 10 business days, at which time non-perishable items are returned to sender. Perishable items are discarded.
The Student Mailroom only receives packages for residential students.
Stamps are not sold in the Student Mailroom. There is a U.S. Post Office in the Hiden Shopping Center next to Rappahannock Hall.
An outgoing mailbox is located just outside of the Student Mailroom, where mail is picked up weekdays at 8:45 a.m.
