Reserving Space on Campus
Any student can reserve study rooms in the Trible Library through Virtual Event Management System (VEMS). Other spaces on campus can be reserved by recognized student organizations. Each organization has two representatives who are authorized to reserve space.

Anyone is free to post information on campus bulletin boards. However, we do require that you have the items to be posted stamped as approved by the Scheduling, Events and Conferences office.
We host a variety of residential and non-residential camps/conferences on campus during the summer. Contact our office for more information.
