Upcoming Training
Training opportunities are available for new users as well as refresher courses for current procurement users. These sessions are intended to support onboarding, enhance system knowledge, and ensure users remain up to date with procurement processes and procedures.
Training will be held monthly on the third Thursday. 3/19, 4/16, 5/21, 6/18, 7/16, 8/20, 9/17, 10/15, 11/19, and 12/17.
Completion of training is required before new users are granted access to eVA or SPCC cards.
Available Training
- Procurement Basics - 10 AM (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes)
- eVa - 11:15 AM (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes)
- SPCC - 1:15 PM (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Additional Training available on an as needed basis are SPCC approver, eVA approver and Contract Administrator.
