  • Do you have a large event and need tickets printed? We are happy to help you produce tickets for your event. Ideal for door prize raffles and attendance tracking.
  • We also offer chauffeur, usher, and coat check personnel in uniform.

 

Do you have audio/visual needs for your event? We have personnel and the necessary equipment to provide the technical edge to your event.

Most of our meeting rooms are equipped with projectors and screens to allow your attendees to see your multi-media presentations.

We can provide sound equipment including monitors, speakers, sound boards, microphones and lavaliere mics for your presenters.

To add a special effect to your décor, we can provide up-lighting around the room to set just the right mood.

We can provide you, at no additional cost, a website dedicated to your event. Attendees will follow the specialized link right to your registration page designed with your event logo to complete the registration process. You will work with our web developer to ensure we collect all the information you need for your attendees.

Do you have add on items such as shirts or banquets? We can provide add-on buttons to personalize each registration. You will have real time access to your attendee lists.

The best part? We collect the money for you. There’s no need for you to pay for processing fees for credit card processing. We settle up the accounts after the event and make your event truly hassle free!
